| The Painting and Printmaking students begin work on a value study. Before moving into our black and white acrylic painting, we take time to practice *seeing* gradients and the affects of light on 3D objects. This exercise strengthens observational skills and will inform almost all other work in the class. Proportion, composition, and perspective are also reinforced. |
